Arcanita does not provide medical advice, mental health counseling, legal advice, financial advice, relationship counseling, or any other form of professional service.
Tarot interpretations and AI-generated responses are produced automatically and are interpretive by nature. They may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or incomplete. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on App content.
If you are in crisis or experiencing a medical, mental health, legal, or financial emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service in your region.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Arcanita. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. AI-Powered Features
Some features rely on third-party AI services (specifically OpenAI). When you use these features, the questions, topics, profile information (such as birth date, zodiac sign, and focus areas), and quiz answers you provide may be transmitted to OpenAI to generate your reading or response. You acknowledge that AI-generated content is produced automatically and may not be accurate. Do not rely on AI responses for any consequential decision.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Arcanita may offer paid subscription tiers that unlock additional features or remove usage limits.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your app store account settings.
- Pricing is displayed in-app and may change over time.
- Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform where you purchased the subscription (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play).
- Features and limits may vary by plan.
7. Rate Limiting & Fair Use
To protect system performance and ensure fair use, AI readings and conversational features may be subject to rate limits.
Limits may differ by subscription level, and excessive usage may result in temporary restrictions.
We reserve the right to adjust limits at any time.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the App
- Use Arcanita for unlawful purposes
- Submit harmful, illegal, or abusive content
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or access restricted features
- Use the AI to generate harmful, deceptive, or harassing material
Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, features, illustrations, and branding are owned by Arcanita, PetRhino LLC, or their licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the App without permission.
10. Availability & Changes
We may modify, discontinue, add, or remove features; change content offerings; and adjust pricing or limits.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of tarot interpretations, AI outputs, or any outcomes related to your use of the App.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcanita and PetRhino LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost income, decisions made based on App content, or AI inaccuracies arising from your use of the App.
13. Termination
You may stop using Arcanita at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, abuse or fraud is detected, or as required by law.
